Each and every vehicle entering the site passes through a monitored spray zone that is automated on entry. As the vehicle enters the spray race, the system switches on and it is thoroughly sprayed with a disinfectant of your choice as it moves through the system.
The dosage of the disinfectant is automated and adjustable, so only the preselected amount of disinfectant is delivered, at an even, high pressure coverage over the entire vehicle, including the undercarriage and wheel inners. This reduces the quantity of chemicals needed and results in significant savings in chemical usage. The product used must have a neutral pH level and be non-corrosive in nature, so that the paintwork of the vehicle doesn’t get affected.
